Message from the RunFest Race Directors

We want to extend a huge thank you to all our runners and volunteers for working so hard to get us to this moment.  It has been a long time coming after the struggles during the COVID19 pandemic and our Race Committee couldn’t have done it without your full support. We are appreciative for your understanding as we work our way back to our previous self. It has not been easy on any event in our community but as always, health and safety are our top priority.

We wish all of you productive training over the coming months and we look forward to seeing you at the start line once again in 2023. You have a choice of several distances with the Anchorage RunFest, from the 49K distance to the Full Marathon that endurance warriors love to conquer, our team-building Marathon Relay, the ever popular Half Marathon, and the popular short 5K distance. Start your race journey today and aim high.

Our races are transparent, safe, welcoming, and fun. The Race Directors and Race Committee are 100% volunteers and we take pride in producing a high quality race event.  We promote values supportive to all runners and our community. We look forward to seeing you at the Anchorage RunFest in August 2023.
