2027 online registration
Online registration for the 2027 49K ultra, marathon, marathon relay, half marathon, 5K, Anchorage Mile, and Kids’ 2K will open December 1, 2026.
Early registration fees will apply through December 31, 2026. Fees will increase thereafter at
four intervals.
Important Registration Deadlines:
- Sunday Races: Last chance, in-person registration and bib pickup is Saturday, [cvg_race_day_3] [cvg_race_year],
at bib pickup. No race-day registration or bib pickup. - Anchorage Mile & Military Mile: Last-chance in-person registrations is [cvg_race_day_3] [cvg_race_year], before 10:00 a.m.
- Event changes are not permitted after registratin closes at 4:00 p.m. on [cvg_race_day_3] [cvg_race_year].
- There are no refunds, deferments, or bib transfers.

^The Military Mile is free for all active military members and veteran military members.
If you register for a Sunday race, you can receive the Back 2 Back Challenge discount on The Anchorage Mile.
Engraving for Finisher Medals
If you would like to order a small metal plate, an iTab, engraved with your name and finish time, to attach to the back of your Finisher’s Medal, you may do so online when you register. The Anchorage RunFest does not fabricate the iTab, we send race results to the manufacturer who mails them directly to participants.

Refund and transfer Policies
All entry fees are non-refundable and non-transferable—no exceptions. You may not give, sell, or exchange your entry or bib to another person. Entry fees may not be rolled over to another year. This policy applies to all entrants and is in effect no matter what the reason for being unable to participate.
Event Changes
If you decide to change your event after your have registered, please login to RunSignUp to make the change. There is a $5.00 fee for any event change and there are additional fees for upgrades.
You can go into your RunSignUp account, Profile, the race registration, and into Manage Registration, then down to the bottom of the page to Transfer Event.
Safety Rules
PLEASE NOTE: As a safety precaution for our runners, ABSOLUTELY NO STROLLERS, SKATEBOARDS, ROLLER BLADES, OR PETS are allowed on the racecourse. If you are on any part of the course with any of these, you will be automatically disqualified. The goal for our 2027 Anchorage RunFest is to have a fun and safe event. The health and safety of our participants and community is our top priority.
