Shakeout Run with Marko Cheseto “Marathon Marko”
Meet at the Delaney Park Strip at 9th & G Street for an 8am run.
It will be an easy 3 miles on the Coastal Trail. Perfect way to meet other runners and preview part of the racecourse.
SKECHERS will be out from 7:30am to 12:00pm with demo shoes.

The Military Mile
Start: 10th and H Streets
Time: 11:00 AM
Awards: 1st Place and the Military Mile trophy presentation 12:00 – 12:15pm near the finish line.
The Anchorage Mile
Start: 10th and H Streets
Time: Females @ 11:25 AM (For runners anticipating needing less than 12 minutes to finish).
Time: Males @ 11:45 AM (For runners anticipating needing less than 12 minutes to finish).
Time: Community Mile (Male and Female @ 12:05 AM (all paces and abilities).
Awards: 1st Place and the Military Mile trophy presentation 12:00pm – 12:15pm near finish line.

Visit Anchorage “Critters” available for selfies.
Please remember to check for Overall and Age Group awards at the Awards tent in Town Square.
Captain Cook Athletic Club
Location: Captain Cook Hotel; 939 W. 5th Avenue
If you have checked out of your hotel prior to your race, you may use the Capt. Cook Athletic Club facilities to shower and change post-race on race day only. You just need to show your race bib to gain access to the club.
